How does laundry work with delivery?

• You call us by phone or fill out an application through the site
• The courier arrives and picks up your things. Please note that the final cost for some items, such as linen, which is taken by weight, can be announced to you after weighing in the workshop.
• The list of items accepted is indicated on the courier receipt. A copy of the receipt is issued to you. Attention! The copy of the receipt handed to you serves as confirmation of the acceptance of things for washing (cleaning).
• The courier indicates the deadline for the order, you, in turn, choose the time of delivery of things.

The cost of delivery includes the cost of picking things up and bringing back.

In order to reduce the time for receiving an order, the courier performs only a superficial inspection of things in order to identify obvious shortcomings and damage.

The receipt indicates the preliminary cost of the order, which may change as a result of a thorough inspection of things by the technologist. If you make any changes to the washing/cleaning method or if hidden damage is discovered, the Laundry Administrator will contact you to agree on further steps. After washing/cleaning, packaged items (stacked or hung on the shoulders) are delivered to you at the agreed time.

Laundry delivery costs in Kyiv -Svyatoshinsky district and Kyiv

When ordering laundry or dry cleaning services, we provide free delivery in Kryukovshchina, Vishnevoy, and in the 5-kilometer zone around (including part of Kyiv).

Delivery is free when making laundry / dry cleaning services in the amount of:

150 UAH - for Zone 1

Zone 1 includes: Vishnevoe, Kryukovschina, Hatnoe, Tarasovka, Yurovka, as well as all the residential complexes within these settlements

300 UAH - for Zone 2

Zone 2 includes: Novoye, Boyarka, Gorodishche, Svyatopetrovskoye, Sofievskaya Borshchagovka, Petropavlovskaya Borshchagovka, Chabany, Teremki, as well as metro station districts in Kyiv: metro station Ippodrom, metro Teremki, metro station Vasilkovskaya, rn. Zhuliany.

500 UAH - for Zone 3

In all areas that are not highlighted in color on the map - free delivery at an order value of at least 500 UAH. If the order value is lower than indicated for your area, delivery is 100 UAH.

Terms of delivery of laundered items for a legal entity (restaurants, hotels, and other businesses) - are discussed individually.
